How much is a monthly RV site?
The standard monthly rate for uncovered sites is $699 plus utilities. The founders offer is $650 per month plus utilities, offered through November 1, 2026. Covered sites are $1,050 per month plus utilities, or $950 with the founders offer. Eligibility and rate duration will be confirmed before booking.
When will Marti Drive open?
Opening is planned for March 1, 2027. Guest arrival dates will be confirmed once the park is ready; this is not a guaranteed opening date.
Can I stay for six months or longer?
Yes, our focus is extended stays of approximately six months to three years. Final stay agreements and availability will be confirmed before booking.
Will you have covered RV sites?
Covered sites are planned. The number, locations, and clearances are still being finalized. Monthly covered sites are $1,050, with founders pricing of $950, plus utilities. Let us know if a covered site is your preference.
Are utilities included?
No. Utilities are additional to the monthly site rate. Billing details will be provided before booking.
Does joining the waiting list reserve a site?
No. Joining the waiting list expresses interest only. Joining does not guarantee a site, approval, or a rate.
What are the community standards?
Guests are expected to keep their sites clean and well maintained. RV age and condition requirements will be shared before booking; please ask about your RV before making plans.
